At Any Many Store, we’re proud of our unique collection of open-box tech, pre-owned gadgets, books, and AR T-shirts. We want you to be happy with your find. This policy outlines our return handling procedures and is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) of South Africa.
1. Your Right to a “Cooling-Off” Period
If you’ve changed your mind, you have the right to cancel your purchase without reason within 7 days of receiving your order, as per the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a full refund of the purchase price (excluding the original delivery cost) within 30 days.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
In line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), all our products carry an implied 6-month warranty of quality.

Eligibility: You may return an item if it is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not the item you ordered.

A Note on Pre-Owned & Open-Box Items: The condition of these items is clearly described on the product page. This 6-month warranty covers any defects that were not disclosed at the time of purchase.

Process: Please notify us within 6 months by emailing
sales@anymanystore.com. Include your order number and a clear description (and photo, if possible) of the issue. -
Return Shipping: We will arrange and pay for a courier to collect the item from you.

Resolution: You have the right to choose one of the following:

A full refund.

A replacement with a similar product, subject to availability.

A repair of the item.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Send an email to
sales@anymanystore.comwith the subject “Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”. Please state the reason for the return. -
Await Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with the next steps.

Package Your Item: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage.

Send it Back: For “cooling-off” returns, ship the item to our address above. For defective returns, we will arrange the collection with you.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

Gift cards.

Digital access codes (such as for AR T-shirt features) that have been used or redeemed.

AR T-shirts that have been worn, washed, or altered, for hygiene reasons.

Final sale or clearance items (this does not affect your rights for defective goods).
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
