1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday), excluding public holidays.

You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.

During high-volume periods, such as sales or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship nationwide across South Africa.

Standard Shipping: We offer a flat rate of R99.00 on all orders.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over R650.00.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Major Centres (e.g., Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 2-4 business days

Regional Areas: 3-5 business days

Outlying/Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Any Many Store is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods & Couriers

We use a network of reliable third-party couriers to ensure your order reaches you safely.

All deliveries are made to a physical address (door-to-door). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

At this time, we only ship within the borders of South Africa. We do not offer international shipping.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to the courier’s website, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier’s system.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages

While we package every order with care, Any Many Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during the shipping process.

If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact the courier company immediately to file a claim.

We strongly advise you to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Any Many Store will not be held liable for any loss or delay resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
