3. Product Information, Condition, and Availability

  • General: We take care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the website are accurate. However, errors may occur.

  • Open-Box & Pre-Owned Items: These products are sold “as described.” We will clearly detail the condition of each item, including any cosmetic blemishes or functional notes, on the product page. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge their pre-owned or open-box status. The 6-month warranty under the CPA covers defects not disclosed at the time of purchase.

  • Augmented Reality (AR) T-Shirts: The AR functionality of our T-shirts may require you to download a third-party application on a compatible smartphone or tablet. We are not responsible for the performance of the app on your specific device.

  • Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. If we are unable to fulfil your order after you have made payment, we will notify you and provide you with a full refund for the unavailable item.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT).

  • Delivery costs are charged in addition to the product price and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

  • Payment can be made via any of the methods specified on our website. We use a secure third-party payment gateway to process all transactions. We do not store your credit card details.

5. Ordering and Contract of Sale

  • Placing an item in your shopping cart does not constitute an order and does not reserve the item.

  • When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the price specified.

  • A legally binding contract of sale is only concluded once we have dispatched the product(s) to you and sent you a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability or pricing errors.
